What we collect

We collect personal information including your name, contact details, income and employment information, existing liabilities, identity documents, and information about the lending you are seeking.

Website tracking and cookies

We use website measurement tools to understand how people use this site, monitor performance, and improve our marketing. These tools may collect pages viewed, interactions, referral information, approximate location, and browser or device information.

Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and PostHog are optional. We do not load these tools unless you select Accept All. If you select Reject Non-essential, these tools remain blocked. You can review or replace your choice at any time through Cookie settings in the site footer.

We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights for basic site traffic and performance measurement. These services are not controlled by the optional tracking choice.

Google, Meta, PostHog, and Vercel may process website data outside New Zealand under their own privacy and retention terms. Google Analytics may store first-party analytics cookies for up to two years. Your ELoanz tracking choice remains in your browser until you clear site storage or we change the consent version.

How we store it

We store information securely and restrict access to those who need it. Client records are retained for a minimum of seven years.
